Using two styles combined in one gives you visual communication to the next level.
In my case every detail in my work is inspired by some elements from my research.

The old school cartoon animation itself is a simple way to create something using just the minimalist design.

In my remix, I was using the waves but I redesigned them in a simple geometrical shape but I didn’t change the context.
The “waves” shape was useful for creating a perfect frame for the informational content.

The texture of the sky in this illustration made just by small circles been an old pattern in the graphic arts.
I used this model for my background, the main idea of the moon is just a white circle gives my poster a story. This geometric design gives the impression of a sunrise or a sunset at the seaside.

Functional Graphic Designer in the 20’s inspired me to use some elements as the geometrical style.
Using mostly circular shapes I’ve chosen to use both informative and visual. The yellow one it’s more as a frame for the event details but the sun/moon and the small circles from the “sky” texture it’s simple just visual information to process.

Creating the “remix” word using just the tools from Adobe Illustration it’s similar to the general font used in most every design from this research book.
The letter “e” from my work is inspired from this design.

About my chromatic choice black and yellow it’s always a successful combination.
Balance of the amount of black and yellow was a natural selection to make, in composition terms. The white shapes and words make the poster to look more clear.
